Frequently Asked Questions
How much is a consultation?
£50, and it comes off the price of any treatment or product you go on to have. If you decide against treatment, the £50 covers the assessment and you are under no obligation to book anything on the day.
Who will actually carry out my treatment?
Dr Chiké Emeagi performs all injectable and medical treatments himself, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, PDO threads, Profhilo, polynucleotides and exosomes. Facials and aesthetician-led microneedling are carried out by our aesthetician.
Which dermal fillers do you use?
Juvéderm Vycross (Voluma, Volift and Volbella), Stylage and Restylane. All are CE marked and sourced from authorised UK distributors. Each has different properties, so the choice depends on the area being treated and the depth of injection rather than on preference.
How soon will I see a difference?
Fillers are visible straight away, though swelling settles over about a fortnight. Anti-wrinkle injections start working within a few days and reach full effect at around two weeks. Regenerative treatments such as Profhilo and polynucleotides work gradually across a course, so the change appears over weeks rather than days.
Is this a medical clinic, and who is accountable?
Yes. Injectable and medical treatments are carried out by Dr Chiké Emeagi, who is registered with the General Medical Council and holds membership of both the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh and the Royal College of General Practitioners. You can look him up yourself on the public GMC register at gmc-uk.org. The clinic carries full medical indemnity insurance and uses CE marked products from authorised UK distributors.
Do you publish your prices?
Yes, in full. Anti-wrinkle injections start at £180 for one area, dermal fillers at £220, Profhilo and skin boosters from £150, polynucleotides from £300, PDO threads from £600 and HIFU from £200. Where exactly are you, and how do I get there?
269 West End Lane, West Hampstead, London NW6 1QS. A short walk from West Hampstead station, which is on the Jubilee line, the Overground and Thameslink. Finchley Road and Swiss Cottage are both a few minutes away by bus. We are open Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm.
What happens if something goes wrong?
You are given a direct line for any concern after treatment, and a review appointment is booked to check how things have settled. Because the clinic is doctor-led, complications are managed in house rather than referred elsewhere. This is one of the practical reasons to choose a medically qualified injector.
